1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph368 at ph368.pro, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use ph368.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification — Before processing your first withdrawal, ph368 will ask you to verify your identity by submitting valid government-issued identification. This is a standard requirement and protects your account. KYC documents are reviewed by our team and kept securely. No withdrawal will be processed from an unverified account.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at ph368 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No other currency is accepted. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — ph368 does not accept third-party payments.

Supported deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets. Specific available channels are shown in the cashier section of your account. ph368 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to you may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• ph368 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same Philippine payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. ph368 requires KYC verification to be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals are paid in ₱ PHP.

• Withdrawals to accounts not in your own name will not be processed.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method. Typical timeframes are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• ph368 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• If a withdrawal is rejected, the funds are returned to your ph368 balance and you will be informed of the reason.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games at ph368 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo — are offered for entertainment purposes. Specific rules for each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. ph368 does not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, ph368 will investigate and resolve the outcome based on server-side records. The platform's records are the authoritative reference for all game outcomes.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• For sports betting, markets that are suspended or cancelled due to event changes will be voided and stakes returned.

ph368's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ph368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if we determine or have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account was registered using false information.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Multiple accounts have been operated by the same person.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing.

12 Changes to These Terms
